On October, 17th, 2019 a Cooperation Agreement was signed between University “Fan S. Noli”, Korçë and Junior Achievement of Albania.

On September, 20th, 2019 a Cooperation Agreement was signed between University “Fan S. Noli”, Korçë and the Municipality of Korçë.
The purpose of this agreement is:
Development and improvement of infancy and early childhood services, organization and monitoring of nursing care services, promotion of the importance of early childhood education and care, curriculum development and educational services, trainings etc.
On September, 18th, 2019 a Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Faculty of Economy, University “Fan S. Noli”, Korçë and the private business “LARTI sh.p.k”, Korçë.

On September, 13th 2019, a Cooperation Agreement was signed between University “Fan S. Noli”, Korçë and the South East European University, North Macedonia.

On September 05, 2017 was signed the Renewal of the Memorandum of Understanding between the University “Fan S. Noli”, Korçë and University “Arsistotel”, Thesaloniki, Greece.
The purpose of this agreement is to renew the memorandum signed in 2014 for another three-year period.

A PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT WAS SIGNED BETWEEN THE UNIVERSITY “FAN S. NOLI”, KORÇE AND UNIVERSITY OF MITROVICA “ISA BOLETINI”
On 12 November 2014, a partnership agreement was signed between the University “Fan S. Noli”, Korçë and University of Mitrovica “Isa Boletini”. This meeting was attended by representatives from both universities.
Rectors of both universities made the presentation and said that will enhance and deepen the relations and cooperation between them for the benefit of the development of teaching and scientific research. They will organize not only activities, conferences and joint publications, but also exchanges of academic staff and students.
This cooperation will not remain on paper but will become concrete.
At the end of the meeting the participants visited the university museum.

A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WAS SIGNED BETWEEN THE UNIVERSITY “FAN S. NOLI”, KORCA AND ARISTOTLE UNIVERSITY OF THESSALONIKI
On March 23th, 2014, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the University “Fan S. Noli”, Korca and Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. In this meeting were present the Rectors of the two Universities, Vice Rector and Deans of the four faculties of the University of Korca, the Greek Ambassador in Tirana, Deputy Minister of Education and Religion in Greece, Greek Consul in Korca.
The Rector of the University “Fan S. Noli “, Mr. Gjergji Mero presented to the participants the University of Korca and the study programs it offers.
Rector of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Mr. Yiannis Milopoulos said that this partnership is very important because the students of the Aristotle University have Albanian language as a elective subject, this collaboration will not remain on paper but in the following weeks there will be organized a joint seminar with concrete steps for the implementation of this agreement. Aristotle University is the first university in Greece that offers Albanian language courses.
Deputy Minister of Education and Religion, Mr. Uleka said that this is not only a partnership agreement between the two universities but also between the two countries and their cultures.
University of Korca has also signed partnership agreements with other Greek universities, exchanging experiences and strengthening relations between them. At the end of the meeting the participants visited the university museum.

COOPERATION BETWEEN UNIVERSITETY “FAN S. NOLI” AND EUROPEAN UNIVERSITIES
The University “Fan S. Noli” of Korça has close relations of cooperation with different universities, institutions and organizations. It is part of a number of agreements and cooperation projects.
A – The University of Korca during this academic year has signed cooperation agreements under the BASILEUS Project, with 20 universities, 8 EU universities and 12 universities in the Balkan region.
All these universities are partners in the Basileus project on:
Balkan Academic Scheme for Learning Internationalization
together with European Universities with a total value of more than €5 million Euros and a duration of 3 years.
Our University together with that of Shkodra will benefit 50 scholarships as follows:
12 scholarships of students exchange with 10 months each
4 master scholarships or 40 months in total
2 student scholarships with 10 months for doctoral studies
2 scholarships of 10 months for postdoctoral studies
18 monthly scholarships for exchange of experience and research of the academic staff.
Also, 10 master scholarships will be awarded to those students who have completed the Korca University, equivalent to 104 months of scholarships in total, 2 doctoral scholarships or 40 months scholarships and 2 scholarships for a post-doctoral degree equivalent to 20 months scholarships.
There are also 10 scholarships for those Albanian students who for various reasons are attending the schools of EU countries. Currently, for the academic year 2008-2009, 48 persons have applied and have received 10, 22 and one-month scholarships, 27 students and academic staff members, which mean 82 months or 91 thousand Euros only for the University of Korca.
B – In the framework of bilateral cooperation, the University “Fan S. Noli” has signed an agreement with the University of Bllagoevgrad, TEI Kozan and is concluding the signing of a bilateral agreement with the University of Padova, with a very broad spectrum including three Departments of the Education Faculty, two Departments of the Agriculture Faculty and one Nursing Department.
C-University “Fan S. Noli” is a partner with the Agricultural University of Tirana in a project with the University of Bari, Italy.
D-University “Fan S. Noli” will soon sign a cooperation agreement with the University of Tergoviste, Romania, as well as a cooperation agreement with the University of Massachusetts in Boston, USA.

COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE SOUTHEAST EUROPEAN UNIVERSITY OF TETOVO AND UNIVERSITETY “FAN S. NOLI”
It was signed a cooperation agreement between the Southeast European University of Tetovo and Universitety “Fan S. Noli”, Korçë. Based on common intentions for developing friendship, trust and cooperation between them and on common goals in the field of education and scientific research, both universities have agreed on the main principles of cooperation.
COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE STATE UNIVERSITY OF TETOVO AND UNIVERSITETY “FAN S. NOLI”
On 04.05.2010 it was signed a cooperation agreement between the State University of Tetovo represented by the Rector Prof. dr. AGRON REKA and Universitety “Fan S. Noli”, Korçë, represented by the Rector Prof.as.dr. GJERGJI MERO.
THE BALKANS UNIVERSITY NETWORK CONGRESS III
On May 7 and 8, 2010, at the University of Trakia, the city of Edirne in Turkey was held the 3rd Congress of the Balkan Universities Network
The Congress was attended by rectors and other authorities from all Balkan universities.
The University of Korca was represented by the Deputy Rector of the University, prof. dr. Ali Jashari and Msc. Adrian Çërava.
The representatives of the University of Korca were welcomed at a special meeting by the Rector of the University of Trakia, at the same time president of Congress, prof. dr. Enver Duran.
In the second session of the congress was read the paper of prof. as. dr. Gjergji Mero, Rector of the University of Korça, on the topic: “The Establishment of Higher Education through Cooperation at National, Regional and European Level”.
During congressional days, prof. dr. Ali Jashari met and discussed with various representatives of the Balkan Universities on strengthening bilateral and multilateral cooperation in areas of common interest.
The 4th Congress of the Balkan University Network will be held on May 2011, in Tirana, whose president was elected prof. dr. Dhori Kule, Rector of the University of Tirana.
VISIT OF PROFESSOR IVAN PETKOV, DEPUTY RECTOR OF THE UNIVERSITY “ST. KILMENT OHRIDSKI”, SOFIA
Professor Ivan Petkov, the deputy rector of the University “St. Kilment Ohridski”, Sofia was invited by the Rector of the University “Fan S. Noli”,Korçë to visit the university on 10-11 November 2009. The rector prof. as. dr. Gjergji Mero organized a special meeting for the Professor Petkov.
Professor Petkov discussed with members of the University Rectorate and Senate about ideas and suggestions for further concretization of the Agreement between the universities, as in the field of third cycle study programs, organizing joint scientific conferences, various publications, exchanges of academic staff and students, etc. At this meeting, it was decided that the concretization of these mutual interest activities would be done with expert groups by both universities in the respective fields.
COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VALAHIA UNIVERSITY OF TARGOVISTE (ROMANIA) AND UNIVERSITETY “FAN S. NOLI”,KORÇË (ALBANIA)
A Cooperation Agreement was signed between Valahia University of Targoviste, represented by the Rector, Prof. Dr. Ion Cucui, and University “Fan S. Noli” of Korçe represented by the Rector, Prof.as.dr. Gjergji Mero.
