  1. TWO WORDS ABOUT THE SCIENTIFIC BULLETIN
    • The Scientific Bulletin was first published as an annual periodical of the "Fan S. Noli" University in 1996.
    • The Scientific Bulletin is a registered periodical with the serial number ISSN 2078-7111 and online with the serial number 3080-0447.
    • In its thirty-seven issues Until now, it has been published in two series: the social sciences series and the applied sciences series, which promote the research work of our university's lecturers, as well as that of lecturers and researchers from national and international universities.
  1. MISSION AND VISION OF THE BULLETIN

The Scientific Bulletin is an independent publication of the "Fan S. Noli" University. Its main function is to encourage, develop, promote and evaluate the research, scientific and publishing activities of the university as an institution of higher education. The fundamental principle of the Scientific Bulletin is academic quality, professionalism and ethics in research. It publishes original papers written in Albanian or English and aims to convey new knowledge to applied scientific research.

  1. THE CONTRIBUTION OF THE “SCIENTIFIC BULLETIN”

In For these 29 years, the Scientific Bulletin has been supporting the strengthening of academic work, the improvement of curricula, the approach to interest groups by attracting their opinions in order to create bridges of cooperation with the regional employment market. Our Bulletin has also served to promote research results, both inside and outside the University.

With Decision no. 5, dated 11.04.2013 of According to the Administrative Council, articles submitted for publication by academic staff and students of the "Fan S. Noli" University do not pay a publication fee. The publication costs are fully covered by the University. For articles submitted for publication by staff, researchers and students outside the "Fan S. Noli" University, the publication fee is 5000 ALL.

The university scientific bulletin is based on the open-access concept. It is published and distributed in a format that makes it accessible to all. available and accessible to all, also as an online scientific journal, through the official website.

Plagiarism Policy

  1. The journal is strictly against any unethical act of copying or plagiarism of any kind. Plagiarism itself occurs when an author uses a large portion of his or her own work or that of others published elsewhere. first without using the appropriate references.
  2. The similarity check will be performed 2 (two) times for each article, first before review by the reviewers and secondly, before publication using TURNITIN Similarity Check or any other similar software as determined by the Scientific Board.
  3. Articles checked with TURNITIN Similarity Check must have a similarity index of less than 20%. Articles will be returned to authors if the similarity index is greater than 20%. Authors may revise articles to meet the requirements of the Scientific Bulletin regarding similarity. Resubmitted articles will go through the review process again and, if the similarity index is again greater than 20%, the editorial board will reject them accordingly. articles.

 

Publication Ethics

All parties involved in the process of publishing the Scientific Bulletin, members of the Scientific Board, members of the Scientific Bulletin Editorial Board, reviewers and authors, must understand and respect the norms and ethics of scientific publications. The publication of articles in the Scientific Bulletin must be guided by policies based on the best procedures and practices of the scientific community. scientific research. In the case where the article has multiple authors, the order of authors must be agreed upon by the authors and cannot be changed once the manuscript has been submitted. The first author is assigned responsibility for correspondence with the Publications Committee.
  • The author(s) complete the “Author’s Declaration”, for responsibility over all copyrights, at the time of submission of the article.
