APPLICATION PROCEDURE
How to apply for an Erasmus+ Student Mobility at partner Universities.
A Step-by-Step Guide for local students
Step 1
How to apply
In the frame of the Inter-institutional Agreement between partner Institutions, the International Relation Offices coordinate the mobility:
Before the Mobility
- Nominating students
- Preparing the documents for application
- Sending the application from the IR Office
During the Mobility
- Monitoring the progress of the outgoing students
- Assisting on additional documents needed from the Host University
- Promoting the Erasmus+ students Mobility
After the Mobility
- Making the equivalence of subjects and credits at UNIKO.
Documents for application:
1. Passport
2. Photo (digital version if applicable)
3. Student Mobility Agreement (in English) signed by the partner Universities
4. CV (Europass version in English language)
5. Transcript of Records (in English)
6. Language certificate (TOEFL/IELTS Level B2)
7. Student certificate
8. Bachelor’s degree (only for master’s and doctoral students)
Step 2
SELECTION PROCEDURE
1. “Fan S. Noli” University nominate students via Official e-mail/document/e-form.
2. All nominees will receive guidelines on how to apply online by submitting all requested documents.
3. After the deadline of applications, all applications will be evaluated by the Erasmus+ International Coordinators. The Coordinators will evaluate the students’ academic performance, their language level as well as their learning agreement.
4. The Selection Committee will decide who will be granted a mobility according to the criteria set and the number of available mobilities per country.
5. “Fan S. Noli” University will be sent the list of selected and non-selected applicants.

Step 1
How to apply
In the frame of the Inter-institutional Agreement between partner Institutions, the International Relation Offices coordinate the mobility:
Before the Mobility:
- The sending institution send the Nomination of students at: bstavre@unkorce.edu.al and easabella@unkorce.edu.al
- Preparing the documents for application
- Approving the application
During the Mobility:
- Monitoring the progress of the incoming students
- Making the necessary changes and completion into the documentation
After the Mobility
- Promoting the Erasmus+ students Mobility
- Making the report of the mobility
Documents for application:
