“Fan S. Noli” University is a member of member of the Aurora Regional Hub at the South-West University “Neofit Rilski” (SWU) within the Aurora Capacity Development Support (CDS) Network since December 2022.

The primary aim of Balkan Universities Association (BUA) is to determine a leading vision for the future through the universities, the libraries, the research centers in Balkan region on the base of common global values by considering the necessities of the time.

The Association of Economic Universities of South and Eastern Europe and the Black Sea Region aims to to promote the interests of the Economic Universities of South and Eastern Europe and of the Black Sea Region, which are public, recognised or financed by the state of origin.

The general goal of the organization is aimed at developing projects and involvement in programs to stimulate education, improve the material base and generally create the best conditions for conducting their activities with the idea of proving an educational service of the highest quality, as well as facilitating the application for financing of projects and programs with the structure of the European Union.

The CMU is a non-profit association; there are currently 160 associated Universities from 20 countries of the Mediterranean. The CMU is deeply convinced that the culture, as a public good, can and will have a relevant role in the sustainable development of the Mediterranean as well as in other regions since the cultural, political, and economic behaviors are mutually supportive and contribute to a peaceful surrounding.
