The Legal and Human Resources Directorate is an integral part of the organizational structure of “Fan S. Noli” University, Korça, and is subordinate to the Rector. This Directorate carries out its activities in support of all academic staff, teaching assistants, and administrative structures at UNIKO.

The activities of the Directorate include:

1. Following up and supervising all issues related to the management of the institution’s human resources;
2. Performing tasks related to the acceptance, registration, distribution, and dispatch of UNIKO correspondence.
3. Storing, processing, and making available documents created or received at UNIKO
4. Publishing on the Internet all activities taking place at UNIKO and managing the official UNIKO website and social media presence;
5. Providing technical maintenance of the official website, as well as programming and designing technological systems at the University (official website, Library System, etc.);
6. Informing students, alumni, and other interested parties about the performance of administrative activities and other relevant matters within the Rectorate and faculties of UNIKO.
