KRITERI I NOTËS MESATARE PËR PROGRAMET E STUDIMIT TË CIKLIT TË PARË, PROGRAMET E INTEGRUARA TË CIKLIT TË DYTË SI DHE TRANSFERIMIN E STUDIMEVE NË VITET E NDËRMJETME PËR VITIN AKADEMIK 2020-2021

Mbështetur në VKM-në nr 436, datë 3.6.2020, kanë të drejtë të aplikojnë për t’u pranuar në Universitetin “Fan S. Noli”, për vitin akademik 2020-2021:

In first-cycle study programs and integrated second-cycle study programs, candidates must have successfully completed upper secondary education with a minimum average grade of 6.5 (six point five):

In foreign language study programs, candidates must have a minimum average grade of 7 (seven).

In the first-cycle “Bachelor” study programs that provide access to second-cycle “Master” programs in the field of teaching, candidates must have a minimum average grade of 7.5 (seven point five).

Candidates applying for admission to two-year professional study programs, as well as those applying to study programs in the fields of art and sports, are exempt from the requirement to meet the grade point average criterion.

In cases of study transfers from within or outside the country, in the intermediate years of study programs within the same cycle, students must meet the grade point average criterion set by the relevant decision of the Council of Ministers for the academic year in which the student was admitted to the higher education institution, starting from the 2016–2017 academic year onwards.
Candidates of Albanian origin from the Republic of Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Presheva, Medvegja, and Bujanovac are exempt from the requirement to meet the grade point average criterion.
