The sector of human resources and protocol archive is part of the organizational structure of the rectorate. It maintains the full documentation and data of each employee, their qualifications, educational and scientific activities of the academic and administrative staff. This office monitors the work of the university related to discipline of the academic and administrative staff.
THE MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES SECTOR
Pursuant to the organizational structure approved by the Board of Administration of the university, this sector monitors the vacancies, and informs the Rector for current vacancies and prepares relevant proposals.
Elaborates personal files for every new employee and enriches existing files with all possible changes. Every change in the personal file is performed on the basis of authentic documents, by depositing a copy of their file.
Administers employee work file and performs corresponding actions on the basis of the decisions of the Rector (admission, expulsion, or change job position).
Maintains and updates “The employee main Register”.
Monitors the working conditions of employees based on the relevant laws and regulations in force.
Monitors and controls the implementation in cooperation with the Juridical Sector and Foreign Relations office.
