This sector, in cooperation with secretaries of each faculty, collects full information about students, their number, origin, age and process them according to the criteria set by the Ministry of Education and Science.

THE MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE SECTOR OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY

• In cooperation with secretaries of each faculty, collects full information about the number of foreign students, and their nationality.
• Collects information related to annual norm of academic staff (full-time and part -time), and process them according to the criteria set by the Ministry of Education and Science.
• In cooperation with Human Resources Sector, collects and elaborates all the update information of qualifications of academic staff.
• Collects and process data on the success rate of the students, according to the criteria set by the Ministry of Education and Science and INSTAT. In cooperation with the Sector of Finance and the Sector of Economy, it collects the economic data on labor indicators (wage fund and the average number of employees) and investments realized at University level, by referring them every three months at the Ministry of Education and Science and INSTAT.
• Updates and maintains the web page of the university.
• Enables the exchange of computerized data within the university and with other institutions, as well.
• Provides support in using Information Technology in the processing, transmission and use of available data.
• Elaborates different statistical data, as required, over the years.
• Provides information to the Recruitment and Mobilization Centers, about the students that learn at the University “Fan S. Noli”.
• Informs institutions and media for different activities and events of the University.
