ENCHASE

University “Fan S. Noli” is part of the project “ENCHASING ALBANIAN SYSTEM OF QUALITY ASSURANCE IN HIGHER EDUCATION: APPLICATION OF THE PROCESS- AND OUTCOME- BASED METHODOLOGY” of Tempus Program.

This Project aims to increase and improve the external and internal quality indicators on Higher Education Institutions, as one of the most important aspects that aim to bring teaching system and the services provided by the Albanian higher education system close to similar institutions in Europe.

The lead partner of ENCHASE Project is the University of Koblenz Landau, Germany and other partners are European institutions directly related to the quality assurance.

The working group consist of:

• University Koblenz Landau, Germany
• Quality Assurance Netherlands Universities (QANU) which organizes the assessment of degree and research programmes offered by Dutch universities.
• CESIE is a non-governmental agency in Italy which promotes growth through innovative and participative educational approaches related to the Bologna process.
• Le Mans University in France with a great experience in organising the quality assurance activities.
• VSMIE, a private university in Czech Republic, which offers staff training sessions on quality assurance in Higher Education Institutions.
• Apart from foreign partners, part of this project is a number of Albanian universities: University “Aleksandër Xhuvani”, Elbasan; University “Aleksandër Moisiu” Durrës, European University of Tirana, University “Pavarësia” Vlorë.
• This project will collaborate also with the Ministry of Education and Sport, and Public Accreditation Agency for Higher Education.

This cooperation will increase the opportunities for academic staff training in relation to quality assurance, in order to create a continuous monitoring system and have a better cooperation between the above-mentioned institutions.

Seminar “Përcaktimi i sugjerimeve për përmirësimin e Sigurimit të Cilësisë”

Në 26 Tetor 2015 NjBSC zhvilloi trajnimin e parë në lidhje me përcaktimin e sugjerimeve për përmirësimin e hapave të kërkuara në përmirësimin e Sigurimit të Cilësisë. Temat kryesore të trajnimit ishin:

Në datën 21 Shtator 2015 NjBSC zhvilloi një takim në kuadër të prezantimit të temave të trajtuara gjatë Akademisë Verore pranë Universitetit “Koblenz Landau” Gjermani. Në takim u diskutua gjithashtu edhe rreth:

Në datën 13 Janar 2015 u zhvillua takimi i radhës i Njësisë së Sigurimit të Brendshëm të Cilësisë. Në këtë takim morën pjesë studentë, pjesë e NjSBC përfaqësues të Rektoratit dhe Këshillit Studentor.

Presentation of the “ENCHASE” Project

On 1 October 2014 was held the next meeting of IQAU. At the meeting were representatives of Rectorate.

Highlights of the meeting:

• Presentation of the “Enchase” Project for Quality Assurance where “Fan S. Noli” University is one of the participants within the network of Albanian several other European universities;
• Internal Quality Assurance – structure, documentation, strengthening of “The Curricula And Quality Assurance Office” structure;
• Restructuring IQA Manual;
• Appendices manual as Quality Assurance tools and concrete ways of measuring the IQA indicators.
• Presentation about experience and knowledge derived by the participation of representatives of IQA in “Summer Academy” organized at the University of Koblenz, Germany, within the “ENCHASE” project.
• The program of “Summer Academy” includes intensive lectures and presentations on Quality Assurance System in European HEIs.

In conclusion, the full material covered in the Summer Academy was made available to participants.
