a responsabilita&#8217; limitata&nbsp;&#8211; sinagri s.r.l.; Centro Internazionale di Altistudi Agronomici Mediterranei&nbsp;&#8211; Ciheam-Iamb; Technologiko Panepistimio Kyprou&nbsp;&#8211; Cyprus University of Technology-CUT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">The project focuses on modernization of Albanian\u2019s Universities technological transfer offices (TTO), youth employment in key sectors of Albania economy (agri-food) through start up and spin off creation, cooperation and networking among universities at local and international level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Albania, as Partner Country, aims to improve the quality of its Higher Education system in order to be more responsive to the labor market needs and requirements by strengthening technology transfer and cooperation with businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Project <strong>outputs<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1) co designed guidelines of Albanian TTOs functioning;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2) increase competences&#8217;
