Noli\u201d, Kor\u00e7\u00eb and the&nbsp;Approved&nbsp;Public Accountant Fatmir Ceci, Kor\u00e7\u00eb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of this agreement is to provide to the students of the Faculty of Economy, program of study \u201cAssistant Accountant\u201d the opportunity to conduct the professional practice in the office of the&nbsp;Approved&nbsp;Public Accountant Fatmir Ceci, Kor\u00e7\u00eb.<\/p>\n<div>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>On December, 06<\/strong><strong><sup>th<\/sup><\/strong><strong>, 2019 a Cooperation Agreement was signed between University \u201cFan S. Noli\u201d, Kor\u00e7\u00eb and \u201cIsa Boletini\u201d University, Kosovo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The purpose of this agreement is:<\/p>\n<p>Developing activities and visits, exchanges of academic staff, researchers and students, engaging in teaching and research activities, exchanging texts and publications, joint publications, organizing conferences, symposia, seminars and other joint scientific activities, joint research projects, development and education.<\/p>\n<div>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>On December, 05<\/strong><strong><sup>th<\/sup><\/strong><strong>, 2019 a Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Faculty of Economy, University \u201cFan S. Noli\u201d, Kor\u00e7\u00eb and the private business \u201cFIX PRO sh.p.k\u201d, Kor\u00e7\u00eb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The purpose of this agreement is to provide to the students of the Faculty of Economy, Department of \u201cFinance- Accounting\u201d the opportunity to conduct the professional practice in the private business \u201cFIX PRO shpk\u201d, Kor\u00e7\u00eb.<\/p>\n<div>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>On October, 17<\/strong><strong><sup>th<\/sup><\/strong><strong>, 2019 a Cooperation Agreement was signed between University \u201cFan S. Noli\u201d, Kor\u00e7\u00eb and Junior Achievement of Albania.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The purpose of this agreement is:<\/p>\n<p>Implementation of the Debating Economics program at UNIKO by the organization Junior Achievement, the creation of the Student Debate Club, the National Debate Network, the Research Debate Clubs, the promotion of the program.<\/p>\n<div>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>On October, 10<\/strong><strong><sup>th<\/sup><\/strong><strong>, 2019 a Cooperation Agreement was signed between University \u201cFan S. Noli\u201d, Kor\u00e7\u00eb and Jan Evangelista Purkyne in Usti Nad Labem University, Czech Republic.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The purpose of this agreement is:<\/p>\n<p>Exchange of staff and researchers, exchange of professors for lectures and visits, exchange of students, participation in conferences, symposia, exchange of academic materials and publications in areas of common interest.<\/p>\n<div>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>On September, 20<\/strong><strong><sup>th<\/sup><\/strong><strong>, 2019 a Cooperation Agreement was signed between University \u201cFan S. Noli\u201d, Kor\u00e7\u00eb and the Municipality of Kor\u00e7\u00eb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The purpose of this agreement is:<\/p>\n<p>Development and improvement of infancy and early childhood services, organization and monitoring of nursing care services, promotion of the importance of early childhood education and care, curriculum development and educational services, trainings etc.<\/p>\n<div>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>On September, 18<\/strong><strong><sup>th<\/sup><\/strong><strong>, 2019 a Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Faculty of Economy, University \u201cFan S. Noli\u201d, Kor\u00e7\u00eb and the private business \u201cLARTI sh.p.k\u201d, Kor\u00e7\u00eb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The purpose of this agreement is to provide to the students of the Faculty of Economy, program of study Bachelor in \u201cFinance- Accounting\u201d the opportunity to conduct the professional practice in the private business \u201cLARTI sh.p.k.\u201d, Kor\u00e7\u00eb.<\/p>\n<div>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>On September, 13<\/strong><strong><sup>th<\/sup><\/strong><strong>&nbsp;2019, a Cooperation Agreement was signed between University \u201cFan S. Noli\u201d, Kor\u00e7\u00eb and the South East European University, North Macedonia.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The purpose of this agreement is:<\/p>\n<p>-Joint projects, such as transnational educational programs and scientific research projects;<\/p>\n<p>-Exchange programs involving academic staff and students;<\/p>\n<p>-Exchange of knowledge through teaching, materials and other areas;<\/p>\n<p>-Collaboration on academic training and research, and the possibility of joint laboratories establishment;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Exchange programs on language and cultural experience to promote the language and cultural understanding between the academic staff and students of both parties;<\/p>\n<p>-Internship opportunities for students of both parties;<\/p>\n<p>-Other potential educational collaboration.<\/p>\n<div>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>On July, 30<\/strong><strong><sup>th<\/sup><\/strong><strong>, 2019 a Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Faculty of Economy, University \u201cFan S. Noli\u201d, Kor\u00e7\u00eb and the School of Economic and Regional Studies, University of Macedonia, Thessaloniki<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The purpose of these agreements is:<\/p>\n<p>-Academic cooperation in research and teaching<\/p>\n<p>-Conducting joint research, development and individual projects<\/p>\n<p>-Organization of lectures, symposiums, international meetings, conferences, summer schools and workshops<\/p>\n<p>-Exchanges of researchers and students<\/p>\n<p>-Exchange of information, teaching materials, publications etc.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>On February 2019 a Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Faculty of Natural and Human Sciences, University \u201cFan S. Noli\u201d, Kor\u00e7\u00eb and the Prosecution of the Juridical district Kor\u00e7\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The purpose of this agreement is to create real opportunities for students of the study program Master of Science in &#8220;Social Philosophy&#8221; for conducting institutional practice at the&nbsp;Prosecution of the Juridical district Kor\u00e7\u00eb,&nbsp;as well as the formulation and implementation of joint programs and projects and other collaborations in areas of common interest.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>On December 20, 2018 a Cooperation Agreement was signed between University \u201cFan S. This meeting was attended by representatives from both universities.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">Rectors of both universities made the presentation and said that will enhance and deepen the relations and cooperation between them for the benefit of the development of teaching and scientific research. Noli&#8221;, Korca and Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. In this meeting were present the Rectors of the two Universities, Vice Rector and Deans of the four faculties of the University of Korca, the Greek Ambassador in Tirana, Deputy Minister of Education and Religion in Greece, Greek Consul in Korca.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">The Rector of the University &#8220;Fan S. Noli &#8220;, Mr. Gjergji Mero presented to the participants the University of Korca and the study programs it offers.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">Rector of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Mr. Yiannis Milopoulos said that this partnership is very important because the students of the Aristotle University have Albanian language as a elective subject, this collaboration will not remain on paper but in the following weeks there will be organized a joint seminar with concrete steps for the implementation of this agreement. It is part of a number of agreements and cooperation projects.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">A &#8211; The University of Korca during this academic year has signed cooperation agreements under the BASILEUS Project, with 20 universities, 8 EU universities and 12 universities in the Balkan region.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">All these universities are partners in the Basileus project on:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">Balkan Academic Scheme for Learning Internationalization<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">together with European Universities with a total value of more than \u20ac5 million Euros and a duration of 3 years.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">Our University together with that of Shkodra will benefit 50 scholarships as follows:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">12 scholarships of students exchange with 10 months each<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">4 master scholarships or 40 months in total<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">2 student scholarships with 10 months for doctoral studies<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">2 scholarships of 10 months for postdoctoral studies<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">18 monthly scholarships for exchange of experience and research of the academic staff.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">Also, 10 master scholarships will be awarded to those students who have completed the Korca University, equivalent to 104 months of scholarships in total, 2 doctoral scholarships or 40 months scholarships and 2 scholarships for a post-doctoral degree equivalent to 20 months scholarships.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">There are also 10 scholarships for those Albanian students who for various reasons are attending the schools of EU countries. Currently, for the academic year 2008-2009, 48 persons have applied and have received 10, 22 and one-month scholarships, 27 students and academic staff members, which mean 82 months or 91 thousand Euros only for the University of Korca.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">B &#8211; In the framework of bilateral cooperation, the University &#8220;Fan S. Noli&#8221; has signed an agreement with the University of Bllagoevgrad, TEI Kozan and is concluding the signing of a bilateral agreement with the University of Padova, with a very broad spectrum including three Departments of the Education Faculty, two Departments of the Agriculture Faculty and one Nursing Department.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">C-University &#8220;Fan S. Noli&#8221; is a partner with the Agricultural University of Tirana in a project with the University of Bari, Italy.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">D-University &#8220;Fan S. Noli&#8221; will soon sign a cooperation agreement with the University of Tergoviste, Romania, as well as a cooperation agreement with the University of Massachusetts in Boston, USA.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">Cooperation Agreement between the University \u201cFan S. Noli\u201d, Kor\u00e7\u00eb and University of Prizren, signed on 24\/05\/2012, Prizren, Kosovo<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE SOUTHEAST EUROPEAN UNIVERSITY OF TETOVO AND UNIVERSITETY \u201cFAN S. NOLI\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">It was signed a cooperation agreement between the Southeast European University of Tetovo and Universitety \u201cFan S. Noli\u201d, Kor\u00e7\u00eb. Based on common intentions for developing friendship, trust and cooperation between them and on common goals in the field of education and scientific research, both universities have agreed on the main principles of cooperation.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE STATE UNIVERSITY OF TETOVO AND UNIVERSITETY \u201cFAN S. NOLI\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">On 04.05.2010 it was signed a cooperation agreement between the State University of Tetovo represented by the Rector Prof. dr. AGRON REKA and Universitety \u201cFan S. Noli\u201d, Kor\u00e7\u00eb, represented by the Rector Prof.as.dr. GJERGJI MERO.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">THE BALKANS UNIVERSITY NETWORK CONGRESS III<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">On May 7 and 8, 2010, at the University of Trakia, the city of Edirne in Turkey was held the 3rd Congress of the Balkan Universities Network <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">The Congress was attended by rectors and other authorities from all Balkan universities.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">The University of Korca was represented by the Deputy Rector of the University, prof. dr. Ali Jashari and Msc. Adrian \u00c7\u00ebrava.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">The representatives of the University of Korca were welcomed at a special meeting by the Rector of the University of Trakia, at the same time president of Congress, prof. dr. Enver Duran.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">In the second session of the congress was read the paper of prof. as. dr. Gjergji Mero, Rector of the University of Kor\u00e7a, on the topic: &#8220;The Establishment of Higher Education through Cooperation at National, Regional and European Level&#8221;.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">During congressional days, prof. dr. Ali Jashari met and discussed with various representatives of the Balkan Universities on strengthening bilateral and multilateral cooperation in areas of common interest.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">The 4th Congress of the Balkan University Network will be held on May 2011, in Tirana, whose president was elected prof. dr. KILMENT OHRIDSKI\u201d, SOFIA<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">Professor Ivan Petkov, the deputy rector of the University \u201cSt. Kilment Ohridski\u201d, Sofia was invited by the Rector of the University &#8220;Fan S. Noli&#8221;,Kor\u00e7\u00eb to visit the university on 10-11 November 2009. The rector prof. as. dr.
