Workshop sessions were facilitated by the European University of Tirana (EUT) and the representatives of the international partners conducted 8 training sessions:&nbsp; the University of Cote D\u2019Azur (France), Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (Spain) and Universit\u00e0 per Stranieri di Perugia (Italy).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>University Fan S. Noli (UNIKO), represented by Dr. Erinda Papa and Dr. Alma Karasaliu took part in a three-day training during which the following topics were covered:&nbsp;<em>\u201cHow to write a University\u2019s Strategic Plan\u201d, \u2018How to set up a double joint degree\u201d , \u201cHow to design and manage a European project\u201d and \u201cEnhancing internationalization through digitalization\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Delivered workshops have proven to be very useful for all participants. They are directed to regulate and enhance higher education provision in nine Kosovo and five Albanian consortium members participating in the QUADIC project by building institutional capacities for international relations and project management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/unkorce.edu.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image-5.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17186\" \/><\/figure>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Another successful workshop as a part of the QUADIC project was organized in Tirana on 4-8 December 2022.
