Noli\u201d is part of the project \u201cENCHASING ALBANIAN SYSTEM OF QUALITY ASSURANCE IN HIGHER EDUCATION: APPLICATION OF THE PROCESS- AND OUTCOME- BASED METHODOLOGY\u201d of Tempus Program.<\/p>\n<p>This Project aims to increase and improve the external and internal quality indicators on Higher Education Institutions, as one of the most important aspects that aim to bring teaching system and the services provided by the Albanian higher education system close to similar institutions in Europe.<\/p>\n<p>The lead partner of ENCHASE Project is the University of Koblenz Landau, Germany and other partners are European institutions directly related to the quality assurance.<\/p>\n<p>The working group consist of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University Koblenz Landau, Germany<\/li>\n<li>Quality Assurance Netherlands Universities (QANU) which organizes the assessment of degree and research programmes offered by Dutch universities.<\/li>\n<li>CESIE is a non-governmental agency in Italy which promotes growth through innovative and participative educational approaches related to the Bologna process.<\/li>\n<li>Le Mans University in France with a great experience in organising the quality assurance activities.<\/li>\n<li>VSMIE, a private university in Czech Republic, which offers staff training sessions on quality assurance in Higher Education Institutions.<\/li>\n<li>Apart from foreign partners, part of this project is a number of Albanian universities: University \u201cAleksand\u00ebr Xhuvani\u201d, Elbasan; University \u201cAleksand\u00ebr Moisiu\u201d Durr\u00ebs, European University of Tirana, University \u201cPavar\u00ebsia\u201d Vlor\u00eb.<\/li>\n<li>This project will collaborate also with the Ministry of Education and Sport, and Public Accreditation Agency for Higher Education.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This cooperation will increase the opportunities for academic staff training in relation to quality assurance, in order to create a continuous monitoring system and have a better cooperation between the above-mentioned institutions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>ACTIVITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><a href=\"\/en\/node\/852\/\"><strong>Takim koordinues &#8220;Seminar II Korce PP II&#8221;<\/strong><\/a><\/h2>\n<p>On&nbsp;9-11 November 2015,<\/p>\n<p>University &#8220;Fan S. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb takim mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb student\u00eb, pjes\u00eb e NjSBC p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb Rektoratit dhe K\u00ebshillit Studentor.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>Presentation&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;\u201cENCHASE\u201d&nbsp;Project<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>On&nbsp;1&nbsp;October&nbsp;2014&nbsp;was&nbsp;held&nbsp;the&nbsp;next&nbsp;meeting&nbsp;of&nbsp;IQAU.&nbsp;At&nbsp;the&nbsp;meeting&nbsp;were&nbsp;representatives&nbsp;of&nbsp;Rectorate.<\/p>\n<p>Highlights&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;meeting:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:square\">\n<li>Presentation&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;&#8220;Enchase&#8221;&nbsp;Project&nbsp;for&nbsp;Quality&nbsp;Assurance&nbsp;where&nbsp;&#8220;Fan&nbsp;S.&nbsp;Noli&#8221;&nbsp;University&nbsp;is&nbsp;one&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;participants&nbsp;within&nbsp;the&nbsp;network&nbsp;of&nbsp;Albanian&nbsp;several&nbsp;other&nbsp;European&nbsp;universities;<\/li>\n<li>Internal&nbsp;Quality&nbsp;Assurance&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;structure,&nbsp;documentation,&nbsp;strengthening&nbsp;of&nbsp;\u201cThe&nbsp;Curricula&nbsp;And&nbsp;Quality&nbsp;Assurance&nbsp;Office\u201d&nbsp;structure;<\/li>\n<li>Restructuring&nbsp;IQA&nbsp;Manual;<\/li>\n<li>Appendices&nbsp;manual&nbsp;as&nbsp;Quality&nbsp;Assurance&nbsp;tools&nbsp;and&nbsp;concrete&nbsp;ways&nbsp;of&nbsp;measuring&nbsp;the&nbsp;IQA&nbsp;indicators.<\/li>\n<li>Presentation&nbsp;about&nbsp;experience&nbsp;and&nbsp;knowledge&nbsp;derived&nbsp;by&nbsp;the&nbsp;participation&nbsp;of&nbsp;representatives&nbsp;of&nbsp;IQA&nbsp;in&nbsp;&#8220;Summer&nbsp;Academy&#8221;&nbsp;organized&nbsp;at&nbsp;the&nbsp;University&nbsp;of&nbsp;Koblenz,&nbsp;Germany,&nbsp;within&nbsp;the&nbsp;&#8220;ENCHASE&#8221;&nbsp;project.<\/li>\n<li>The&nbsp;program&nbsp;of&nbsp;&#8220;Summer&nbsp;Academy&#8221;&nbsp;includes&nbsp;intensive&nbsp;lectures&nbsp;and&nbsp;presentations&nbsp;on&nbsp;Quality&nbsp;Assurance&nbsp;System&nbsp;in&nbsp;European&nbsp;HEIs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In&nbsp;conclusion,&nbsp;the&nbsp;full&nbsp;material&nbsp;covered&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;Summer&nbsp;Academy&nbsp;was&nbsp;made&nbsp;available&nbsp;to&nbsp;participants.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>Takimi i radh\u00ebs me Nj\u00ebsin\u00eb e Sigurimit t\u00eb Brendsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Cil\u00ebsis\u00eb<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>N\u00eb dat\u00ebn 11 Prill 2014 u zhvillua takimi i radh\u00ebs me Nj\u00ebsin\u00eb e Sigurimit t\u00eb Brendsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Cil\u00ebsis\u00eb.
