Pavar\u00ebsisht nga interesi n\u00eb rritje, ende dihet pak se si dhe \u00e7far\u00eb m\u00ebsojn\u00eb student\u00ebt gjat\u00eb praktik\u00ebs, dhe sesi m\u00ebsimi i tyre \u00e7on n\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsime t\u00eb aft\u00ebsive dhe kompetencave q\u00eb i b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb mundura k\u00ebto p\u00ebrfitime. Ai mbisundoi jet\u00ebn<br \/>intelektuale n\u00eb bot\u00ebn islame p\u00ebr shekuj me radh\u00eb dhe gjithfar\u00eb reagimesh<br \/>ndaj tij, q\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb nga pranimi deri te rishikimi apo mohimi dhe<br \/>z\u00ebvend\u00ebsimi me konstruktet para-filozofike, p\u00ebrcaktuan zhvillimet n\u00eb filozofi,<br \/>shkenc\u00eb, religjion, teologji dhe misticiz\u00ebm. Shkrimet e Avicen\u00ebs p\u00ebrb\u00ebhen<br \/>kryesisht nga p\u00ebrmbledhje gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse filozofike, duke mbuluar krejt<br \/>deg\u00ebt e shkencave dhe logjik\u00ebn si mjeti i tyre parap\u00ebrgatit\u00ebs, por edhe<br \/>shkrime t\u00eb shkurtra mbi tematika t\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhura.\u00a0Ndikimi i tij ishte i madh<br \/>n\u00eb Lindje dhe n\u00eb Per\u00ebndim. N\u00eb Lindje ndikoi rrenj\u00ebsisht dhe drejtp\u00ebrdrejt n\u00eb<br \/>mendim, filozofi dhe n\u00eb shkenc\u00ebn islame, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb Per\u00ebndim, kryesisht n\u00eb<br \/>mjek\u00ebsi dhe shkenc\u00eb, por t\u00ebrthorazi edhe n\u00eb filozofin\u00eb e Rilindjes. P\u00ebr shkak<br \/>t\u00eb ndikimit t\u00eb tij \u00ebsht\u00eb me shum\u00eb interes dhe r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb njihen pik\u00ebpamjet e<br \/>tij filozofike, sidomos ato p\u00ebr fen\u00eb dhe shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb.<br \/>Ibn Sina (Avicena) e pranon fen\u00eb, profet\u00ebsin\u00eb, ringjalljen pas vdekjes,<br \/>por n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb caktuara b\u00ebn interpretime racionaliste, prej t\u00eb cilave mori<br \/>edhe kritika t\u00eb m\u00ebdha nga Gazaliu. Por, ai nuk e v\u00eb n\u00eb diskutim v\u00ebrtet\u00ebsin\u00eb<br \/>dhe rolin e fes\u00eb n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri. Kjo pasi feja shihet si burimi i moralit p\u00ebr<br \/>shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb. Megjith\u00ebse ai nuk ka shkruar vepra specifike p\u00ebr t\u00eb trajtuar fen\u00eb,<br \/>rolin e fes\u00eb n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri dhe p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb filozofis\u00eb politike, si\u00e7 b\u00ebri<br \/>paraardh\u00ebsi i tij Al-Farabi, ai k\u00ebto i trajton si pjes\u00eb t\u00eb metafizik\u00ebs dhe<br \/>raportit t\u00eb tyre me metafizik\u00ebn. Gjithashtu, synon t\u00eb shqyrtoj\u00eb dhe analizoj\u00eb faktor\u00ebt social\u00eb dhe ekonomik\u00eb q\u00eb ndikojn\u00eb n\u00eb nivelin e ul\u00ebt arsimor t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve. \u00c7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb tilla si: braktisja e shkoll\u00ebs, analfabetizmi funksional, fillimi dhe p\u00ebrfundimi i arsimit t\u00eb detyruesh\u00ebm n\u00eb mosh\u00eb t\u00eb von\u00eb, etj., vijojn\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb shqet\u00ebsime serioze p\u00ebr k\u00ebto komunitete dhe paraqesin sfida t\u00eb shumta p\u00ebr integrimin e tyre t\u00eb plot\u00eb n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri. Ashtu si n\u00eb rajonet e tjera t\u00eb vendit, edhe n\u00eb rajonin e Kor\u00e7\u00ebs, nj\u00eb nga problemet m\u00eb t\u00eb mprehta mbetet frekuentimi jo i rregullt i arsimit t\u00eb detyruesh\u00ebm. <\/i><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><i>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst, identifikimi i situat\u00ebs aktuale dhe analizimi i faktor\u00ebve ndikues do t\u00eb ndihmoj\u00eb n\u00eb mbledhjen e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave, interpretimin e tyre, si dhe n\u00eb formulimin e p\u00ebrfundimeve dhe rekomandimeve konkrete p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e politikave arsimore parauniversitare n\u00eb vend. It explores why and how the issue has become a taboo topic, and in what ways it continues to reproduce misunderstanding and mistrust. The analysis addresses three dimensions: collective memory and victimhood narratives; the reciprocity once linked to the Greek minority in Albania; and the current demands of Cham associations alongside the policies of both states. Drawing on theories of memory, nationalism, and asymmetry, the article conceptualizes the Cham question as a taboo. It argues that the reproduction of collective memories, and their transformation into taboos, are central mechanisms that sustain mistrust and constrain dialogue. This paper examines the historical evolution of Canadian immigration policy from Confederation to the early 2000s, guided by the central research question: How have changes in Canadian immigration policy over time shaped, and been shaped by, Canada\u2019s economic, political, and social development? Using a historical\u2013comparative methodology, the study analyzes three major policy periods:1867\u20131939, 1945\u20131976, and 1976\u20132000, through key analytical variables including selection criteria, ideological discourse, policy instruments, state\u2013employer influence, and the treatment of racialized groups. The analysis is grounded in a wide body of academic literature, parliamentary debates, legislative texts, and demographic data. The findings show a long-term shift from racially exclusionary and economically opportunistic policies toward a merit-based human capital model that institutionalized multiculturalism and expanded humanitarian commitments. However, despite Canada\u2019s global reputation as a successful immigration country, structural gaps persist in labour market integration, foreign credential recognition, and socioeconomic mobility.
