For this<br \/>\nreason, in many countries of the world, the idea of using rubrics in assessment has<br \/>\nbeen put forward, where the rubrics are schemes with several skills and levels,<br \/>\nwhere for each skill and level there is a certain criterion to evaluate a student. In<br \/>\nmany countries of the world, this assessment method is very efficient and the<br \/>\nquestion that arises is how effective it will be in the conditions of Albanian<br \/>\neducation.<br \/>\nOur research is focused on a concrete study of how the use of rubrics can work in<br \/>\nAlbanian schools and the differences that appear between the assessment used for<br \/>\nyears in our schools and the assessment using rubrics, with the aim of drawing a<br \/>\nconclusion as to which this type of assessment is more suitable to be used in the<br \/>\nconditions of Albanian education. The methods for<br \/>\nprocessing the data and gaining scientifically based conclusions were analysis,<br \/>\ncomparison and synthesis.<br \/>\nThe results in this paper show that students generally do not have enough<br \/>\nknowledge about the safety risks of the Internet use and have underestimated the<br \/>\ntime they spend on the Internet. The integration of ICT in educational environments is<br \/>\na global effort aimed at improving learning and teaching processes. However, the<br \/>\neffective implementation of ICT tools and resources faces numerous obstacles,<br \/>\nespecially in Pristina&#8217;s diverse educational environments.<br \/>\nThe purpose of this research refers to the specific obstacles that teachers<br \/>\nface when using ICT for learning and teaching purposes.<br \/>\nThese challenges include limited availability and network connectivity,<br \/>\ninadequate ICT infrastructure in schools, lack of effective teacher training,<br \/>\nconstraints related to time management and perceived competence of teachers in<br \/>\nusing ICT.<br \/>\nTo carry out this research, qualitative and quantitative data collection<br \/>\nmethods were used, through a questionnaire for teachers with teachers of 6<br \/>\nsecondary schools in the municipality of Pristina, Analysis of curricula and<br \/>\nprograms for the way of integrating ICT in different subjects and the observation<br \/>\n(view) of these institutions was made as to how well they meet the infrastructure<br \/>\nconditions. First, the data was collected, then the data and answers were coded,<br \/>\nthe data was entered into the Excel program, then the data was processed in<br \/>\npercentages, and finally the data was interpreted.<br \/>\nFurthermore, the research will provide insights into the extent to which<br \/>\nteachers integrate ICT tools into their educational and learning processes. Focusing on a constructivist approach<br \/>\nto teaching theory, this study aims to show how well-prepared demonstrations can<br \/>\nhelp increase students&#8217; interest in physics, improve their understanding of difficult<br \/>\nphysical concepts, and enhance their problem-solving skills.<br \/>\nThe methodology of the study is based on a quantitative analysis and<br \/>\nassessments of a small sample of students in primary schools, using surveys and<br \/>\nshort interviews conducted by physics teachers. This study involves a methodology<br \/>\nin action, with the design of the experiment carried out in the elementary school<br \/>\n&#8220;Fazli Graj\u00e7efci&#8221; in the Municipality of Mitrovica, with the participation of<br \/>\nstudents from two sixth-grade classes. The pre-test and post-test method was<br \/>\nemployed in an experimental class of 20 students, where teaching instructions were<br \/>\nbased on demonstrations from the physics subject. Meanwhile, another class of 22<br \/>\nstudents learned through traditional teaching methods. The study utilized various<br \/>\ntechniques and instruments for analysis, including the pre-test, observation of<br \/>\nstudents during the learning process, a checklist, and the post-test.<br \/>\nThe results of the study showed that students who had completed physics<br \/>\ndemonstrations had more interest and motivation to learn, better understood<br \/>\ndifficult concepts, and were better prepared for laboratory exercises.<br \/>\nIn conclusion, this study suggests that the use of demonstrations in<br \/>\nteaching physics in elementary schools can be a powerful tool for improving the<br \/>\nteaching and learning of this subject. The internet has surpassed most libraries in terms of<br \/>\nthe amount of information available, but it has not surpassed libraries in terms of<br \/>\nthe overall quality of information provided. The WWW is easily accessible, and<br \/>\nstudents are tempted to gather information without evaluating it; they spend more<br \/>\ntime searching for it and less time processing and organizing it. Faced with the<br \/>\nlack of quality information online, users must be able to critically assess the quality<br \/>\nof the information they use. The hypothesis of this paper is: Do students evaluate<br \/>\nthe accuracy of information sources about mathematics in the Albanian language<br \/>\nduring their study process, and how informed are they about the criteria that an<br \/>\ninformation source must meet to be reliable? The paper includes both qualitative<br \/>\nand quantitative methods of data collection, a questionnaire, and qualitative<br \/>\nmethods of data analysis and synthesis. It also discusses ways to improve the<br \/>\naccuracy of existing sources and promote the creation of new, accurate, and<br \/>\nreliable sources.
