How to apply<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

In the frame of the Inter-institutional Agreement between partner Institutions, the International Relation Offices coordinate the mobility:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Before the Mobility<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    \r\n
  1. Nominating students<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  2. Preparing the documents for application<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  3. Sending the application from the IR Office<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    \u00a0During the Mobility<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      \r\n
    1. Monitoring the progress of the outgoing students<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
    2. Assisting on additional documents needed from the Host University<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
    3. Promoting the Erasmus+ students Mobility<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      \u00a0After the Mobility<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        \r\n
      1. Making the equivalence of subjects and credits at UNIKO.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        Documents for application:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        1. Passport<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        2. Photo (digital version if applicable)<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        3. Student Mobility Agreement (in English) signed by the partner Universities<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        4. CV (Europass version in English language)<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        5. Transcript of Records (in English)<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        6. Language certificate (TOEFL\/IELTS Level B2)<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        7. Student certificate<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        8. Bachelor’s degree (only for master’s and doctoral students)<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        Step 2<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        SELECTION PROCEDURE<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0“Fan S. Noli” University nominate students via Official e-mail\/document\/e-form.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0All nominees will receive guidelines on how to apply online by submitting all requested documents.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0After the deadline of applications, all applications will be evaluated by the Erasmus+ International Coordinators. The Coordinators will evaluate the students\u2019 academic performance, their language level as well as their learning agreement.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The Selection Committee will decide who will be granted a mobility according to the criteria set and the number of available mobilities per country.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0“Fan S. Noli” University will be sent the list of selected and non-selected applicants.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

          2. Making the necessary changes and completion into the documentation<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

            1. Promoting the Erasmus+ students Mobility<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
            2. Making the report of the mobility<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
