Njësia e Sigurimit të Brendshëm të Cilësisë

Njësia e Sigurimit të Brendshëm të Cilësisë (NJSBC) u fut në strukturën e Universitetit si një njësi e re, pas miratimit që bëri Këshilli i Administrimit të Universitetit “Fan S. Noli” me Vendimin Nr.2 dt. 06.05.2008. Senati i Universitetit me Vendimin nr. 33, datë 17.11.2009 vendosi ngritjen e kësaj njësie si dhe përbërjen e saj. Ajo funksionon në zbatim të Nenit 103 në Ligjin nr. 80/2015 “Për arsimin e lartë dhe kërkimin shkencor në institucionet e arsimit të lartë në Republikën e Shqipërisë” si dhe sipas kritereve të përcaktuara në Nenit 73 dhe 74 të Kreut IX “Sigurimi i Cilësisë” të Statutit të Universitetit “Fan S. Noli”. Njësia e Sigurimit të Brendshëm të Cilësisë ka në përbërje të saj një koordinator nga çdo njësi kryesore. Pranë çdo njësie kryesore ngrihet Grupi i Vlerësimit të Brendshëm me përfaqësim nga çdo njësi bazë dhe nga organizimet studentore.

The NJSBC supports and provides expertise to the faculties and departments. Its members regularly visit these units and are invited to assist in developing relevant quality assurance processes. Their expertise focuses particularly on implementing quality assurance mechanisms in teaching, assessment, and student engagement in the learning process. The NJSBC also coordinates communication among various university structures, especially when the process is delegated to faculties or when assessments are organized by the University. This coordinating role extends to other university units when the process involves staff development or the collection and analysis of institutional data.

The NJSBC interprets national and European quality assurance requirements to adapt them to the institutional context. Its members ensure that these national and European standards are recognized and integrated into the University’s practices. The NJSBC monitors processes by providing guidance, collecting information, and identifying issues, which are then forwarded to the responsible units for resolution. It also administers, organizes, and prepares external evaluation visits or invites external experts to train staff involved in internal evaluation
