In September 27, 2017, based on the decision nr. 23, date 18.10.2016 of the Academic Senate, the Head of Department prof. as. dr. Irena Nikaj was awarded the title “Fan S. Noli” under the motivation: “For accomplished achievements in the teaching and scientific-research activity” accompanied by the “Silver Medal” of the Institution, on the occasion of her 53^-rd birth anniversary.

During the ceremony, conducted at the Faculty of Education and Philology, the Rector of the university, prof. dr. Ali Jashari handing over the title expressed his and other colleagues’ wishes on further success in her professional career.
